A fun and flowing class with safe movements based on yoga to strengthen and relax your transforming body. The Pregnancy Yoga Flow class can help alleviate pregnancy discomforts and hopes to give you some tools for a fit pregnancy, an easier labour and more comfortable postnatal period. Each class will combine more strength based yoga flows with gentle stretching and relaxing sequences where we will focus on the breath. In the class you will meet others that are also transitioning into the role of new motherhood and share experiences. The class is open to women who have passed their 12th week of pregnancy.
